Needs improvement. The links from the weather notifications never load then I cannot find them in the app. Should make those available either on the home page or drop down menu. Everything else seems to work fine. Severe weather alerts and heavy precipitation alerts are usually late for us. Being able to better track the weather is a must. Love the app but it needs some improvements. Radar works great, daily and hourly are working fine. Just what is listed above are my issues using it.

I used the KFVS12 First Alert app for quite a few years now....it has always been my go to even with me living outside of Paducah,Ky. In the past 2 mos. I have been so disappointed with this app...the map won't load most of the time, videos will freeze and the current weather info won't load in the past 2 weeks. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no changes. PLEASE FIX THIS!! I depend on you guys for accurate info on storms,etc.

I do LOVE the KFVS Weather app, and I depend on it. However, there is one small, but SIGNIFICANT problem. We live in rural Southern Illinois, surrounded on all sides by trees & bluffs that block our view of approaching storms. TV & WiFi satellites go out first during bad weather. That leaves the app as our sole means of warning. But, the app won't open Storm Team Alert video (or any video, ever) till an hour late. That could be too late. Besides that, the app is EXCELLENT.
